About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Cloud DevSecOps Infrastructure Engineer to join us in building the future of healthcare compliance AI. You’ll work directly with the founders, owning projects end-to-end - from security-critical production enablement to customer-facing software components.

You’ll strengthen and secure core products, build and operate security-critical infrastructure, and sit in on customer calls to explain Readily’s security posture so they can enjoy Readily’s impact without roadblocks. Own the customer and the infrastructure - not just code. 10× impact vs big tech

What You’ll Do

• Enhance, operationalize and monitor CI/CD that drives DevSecOps with equal emphasis on Dev (productivity) and Sec
• Establish, operationalize and monitor cloud IaC accommodating data ranging from PHI to public domain material
• Proactively seek out ways to improve Readily’s security posture through independent analysis of policies, implementation, documentation, monitoring, etc
• Establish and operationalize development infrastructure for productive and secure work in a sensitive industry
• Manage and monitor data footprint across first- and third-party applications and infrastructure
• Design, implement and operationalize production components/microservices to further security across the product
• Collaborate with application developers to implement and deploy optimally as well as to review for security
• Collaborate internally and externally to uphold strict levels of AI security and governance in a changing landscape
• Establish, operationalize, monitor and respond to potential security incidents across infrastructure and applications
