About You

• Built full-stack products from 0 to 1. You've shipped things people actually use.
• You love to talking to users.
• You can work across the entire stack on whatever needs building.
• You've worked at a startup where you owned features end-to-end and made product decisions.
• Pragmatic about engineering decisions. You know when to ship and when to polish
• Should be one of the most AI enabled engineers in the world. You should have at least 2 agents running right now. We have an unlimited AI budget for all team members…and that should make you ridiculously excited.

Comp

• $220K-$280K
• 1.5-2.5% equity
• 95th percentile health/vision/dental
• Unlimited AI budget
• Incredible office in downtown SF. Equipment budget, meals, etc.
• Full relocation if needed
