We’re hiring a Commercial Solutions Associate to help our Sales Director turn complex deals into clear customer plans, polished materials, and organized execution.
In this role, you will be the strategic & operational backbone behind the sales process, helping ensure customer conversations turn into concrete next steps, tailored proposals, and professional deliverables. You’ll work closely with our Sales Director to keep deals organized, responsive, and moving forward.
Our customers are often evaluating how to transform longstanding industrial operations into something more automated, scalable, and data driven. That means they’re not just evaluating software; they are thinking through operational workflows, infrastructure constraints, safety requirements, rollout sequencing, ROI, and organizational change management all at once.
Your job is to help make that transition feel understandable and actionable, all while making sure the customer feels heard.
