⚙️ Operations at Peakflo

This role is ideal for anyone who is looking to rapidly advance their career and assume responsibilities in a fast-pace setting while working closely with the founders.

We're looking for a Fintech Operations who will streamline our Fintech SaaS operations, including Payment, Monthly Billing, Support operations, by increasing process maturity, transparency, observability, automation levels and scaling the teams involved.

💪 What you’ll do

Analyze business processes, data quality issues, and operational bottlenecks to identify improvement opportunities.
Design and develop scalable solutions to address recurring issues.
Automate workflows, data transformations, and reporting using Python and SQL.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data monitoring frameworks.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and operational teams to define requirements and implement solutions.
Conduct root cause analysis and present findings along with actionable recommendations.
Continuously improve existing automation, scripts, and data pipelines for scalability and efficiency.
Document workflow logic, automation scripts, and solution design clearly for internal stakeholders.

👀 Who we’re looking for

~ 1 year of experience in analytics, automation, or data operations
Good experience of building and using cursor agents (or any similar tool), connecting via MCP servers and building OPS AI agents.
Strong proficiency in Python (data processing, automation scripts, API integrations preferred)
Solid experience with SQL (joins, aggregations, performance tuning)
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
Ability to design solutions for scale rather than one-off fixes
Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into structured workflows and logic
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Detail-oriented with a bias for action and continuous improvement
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities efficiently
Familiarity with version control (Git)
