The Smart Market for Institutional Investors
We’re hiring for our Business Development team in New York City to support our U.S. Equities and FX businesses, with potential to expand into new markets. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role at a growing startup—focused on ensuring smooth platform operations, onboarding clients, and monitoring live trading activity. You’ll work closely with both business and engineering teams to automate processes, build internal tools, and move quickly on new initiatives. The role also includes supporting research and analysis across regions and asset classes, and stepping in wherever needed—whether that’s troubleshooting, contributing to product development, or helping scale operations.
Salary range: $100,000-$125,000 with eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus. Actual
base pay is subject to change, and is dependent upon a number of factors, including work
experience, skills, and training.
