Creative lead (full-time)

MediSearch (YC S23) is a search engine for medical information. We provide direct answers to medical questions based on trustworthy sources using LLMs. See https://medisearch.io. We’re looking for a full-time in-person (in Bratislava, Slovakia) creative lead to research and produce creatives for a consumer mobile app. Your work will run on major digital channels and directly influence growth.

What you’ll do

• Develop ad concepts
• Collaborate with our in-house production team to bring ideas to life
• Iterate and edit ads based on results

Ideal candidate

• Has a portfolio of performance creatives (short-form video or static) for consumer products or apps
• Can take a concept from idea to export fast
• Can maintain a weekly cadence of multiple distinct concepts with variations
• Bonus: Experience with major ad platforms, graphic design tools, and mobile app advertising is a plus

Logistics

• The role is full-time and in-person (Bratislava, Slovakia)
• Starting compensation: $3,800/month

Interview process

The interview consists of a take-home task, followed by calls with founders, and two paid on-site sessions.
