Job Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing and Growth Operations Lead to serve as the operational backbone of our sales and marketing teams. Think of this role as a Product Manager for our internal go-to-market systems, someone who can both design and build revenue operations infrastructure and optimize and operate it day-to-day.

You’ll work across teams, marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure that our funnels, pipelines, lead flows, and growth experiments run smoothly and scale effectively.

You will need speed to adapt quickly and efficiently, and the drive to be 1% better every day, constantly striving for improvement. Key Responsibilities:

Own Growth Systems End-to-End:

  • Design, implement, and manage core growth tools (CRM, marketing automation, lead scoring, attribution models, sales enablement tools, etc.)
  • Act as the internal "product owner" for our sales & marketing tech stack: scoping needs, managing integrations, and coordinating with vendors or engineering resources.

Drive Funnel Visibility and Reporting:

  • Build dashboards and reporting infrastructure to provide full-funnel visibility, from lead generation through to customer conversion and revenue.
  • Define and track key metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline velocity, CAC, LTV, etc.), and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

Enable GTM Experimentation:

  • Support rapid growth experiments by helping teams set up A/B tests, lead routing rules, nurture flows, and attribution tracking.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing and Sales to analyze experiment results and recommend operational tweaks.

Process Optimization and Automation:

  • Identify bottlenecks in our sales and marketing processes and implement automations, workflows, and process improvements.
  • Own lifecycle operations: lead scoring, territory management, contact enrichment, outbound list building, etc.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and data teams to align on growth priorities and ensure system readiness for campaigns, product launches, or market expansions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience in Growth Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales/Marketing Ops, or similar roles, and content marketing, ideally in the healthcare industry
  • Strong experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing automation platforms
  • Analytical mindset with ability to build dashboards and analyze funnel metrics
  • Process-oriented with a bias for automation and system design
  • Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.

Nice to Haves:

  • Previous experience in B2B SaaS or tech startups
  • Familiarity with SQL or BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
  • Experience with lead scoring models, attribution frameworks, or revenue forecasting
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scrappy environment where experimentation is encouraged.

About the interview

HR Screen:

  • The first phase involves an initial screening with HR. During this stage, we will discuss your experience, skills, and alignment with Luna Joy’s values and culture. Second Phase with Hiring Manager:

  • Candidates who pass the HR screen will move on to an interview with the Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager will assess your fit within the team and your ability to contribute to Luna Joy’s mission.

Offer Stage:

  • After the second phase, successful candidates will move to the offer stage. We will present a formal offer that includes compensation, benefits, and any additional details about the role. This is also your opportunity to ask any final questions before making your decision.

Onboarding & Training:

  • Once the offer is accepted, the onboarding process begins. You will be guided through setting up tools, learning about Luna Joy’s systems and workflows, and engaging in any role-specific training. This phase ensures a smooth transition into your new role, setting you up for success from day one.
