ABOUT THE ROLE

A few hundred of our customers are not checking one property. They are lenders deciding whether to advance money against land, developers assembling a site, families buying for the second or third time. When something is wrong with a title, they are the ones who find out expensively.

They come back to us every few weeks. Today they wait in the same queue as everyone else, with nobody who knows their name or what they are working on.

This role changes that. You will look after a named group of them: know what each one is working on, be reachable, anticipate what they will need, and be accountable when something slips.

We are hiring 4 VIP Client Advisors.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• A named group of clients — lenders, developers, brokers, law firms and repeat buyers
• Knowing what each of them is working on, so you can tell them what matters before they think to ask
• Being the person who gets things moving when an order is stuck
• Being honest early when something will not arrive on time, rather than after the deadline
• Carrying what this group needs back into the product, because it is usually what everyone else will need next

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

This is a big job and we are deliberately giving it to people early in their careers who are hungry for it. Around 1–3 years of experience is typical. What matters is presence, not tenure.

• You are unusually well spoken. These clients are lenders, developers and lawyers, and you will often be the youngest person in the conversation. You have to hold the room anyway.
• Genuine composure. People with a great deal at stake will call you when something goes wrong.
• You want to look after something rather than be handed tasks
• You will learn title, encumbrance and registration properly. We will teach you.
• Fluent English and Telugu or Hindi. A third Indian language is a real advantage.
• Comfortable meeting clients in person
• Graduates from any discipline

COMPENSATION

₹6.5L – ₹7.5L fixed, plus ₹2.3L – ₹4.7L variable. On-target earnings ₹8.8L – ₹12.2L.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• 30 days — you have spoken personally to everyone in your group
• 90 days — you can say what each client is working on without looking it up
• 1 year — clients who ask for you by name, and who send other people to us

INTERVIEW PROCESS

1. Intro call (30 min)
2. Client conversation (60 min) — we share a client profile in advance; you plan and run the first meeting
3. Cross-functional round (45 min) with operations and product
4. Founder conversation (45 min)

We move fast. The whole process takes about a week.
