KorrAI is a YC-backed company working with commercial construction insurers and infrastructure owners. We help them run remote due diligence on large projects such as data centers, mine sites, and rail corridors using satellite data and AI.Our software connects satellite imagery, engineering reports, and hazard models into structured infrastructure risk assessments. We are building an AI agent that helps risk teams evaluate large projects faster and with clearer evidence. Our clients include global insurers and infrastructure operators across North America and Europe.

The Role

You will work directly with the founders across business development, product documentation, campaigns, and operations.This role is designed for someone early in their career who wants exposure to how a startup operates while taking ownership of real work.You will help turn unclear goals into shipped outputs. The work will move across sales, product, and operations depending on what the company needs that week.You will work closely with the CEO and senior team and see how decisions get made inside a growing technology company.

What You’ll Do

Business Development

• Help run outbound and inbound campaigns
• Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline tracking
• Research target accounts and decision-makers
• Prepare briefing notes and slides for enterprise meetings
• Support proposals and pilot documentation

Product and Documentation

• Help document product workflows and playbooks
• Write clear internal documents and summaries
• Structure customer feedback into actionable notes
• Maintain internal systems in Notion

Founder and Investor Support

• Help build and refine pitch decks
• Draft investor updates and briefing notes
• Prepare materials for board and advisory discussions

Tools and Systems

• Use AI tools daily for research, writing, and workflow automation
• Test new tools that improve internal productivity
• Help build structured processes that reduce manual work

Operations

• Help track revenue, invoicing, and collections
• Coordinate with accountants on basic finance workflows
• Help track timelines across design, engineering, and sales
• Follow through on tasks so projects move forward

Who This Role Is For

This role is designed for final-year undergraduate students or recent graduates who want exposure to building a startup.You should be comfortable working in an environment where priorities shift and problems are not always clearly defined at the start.

Hiring Process
