We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to prospect and engage with potential clients over the phone, with the goal of scheduling product demos. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is driven, enjoys connecting with people, and is looking for a company where their hard work will be rewarded.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce JustPaid's services. Schedule product demos and follow up with prospects. Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in our CRM system. Meet and exceed monthly targets for calls and demos scheduled.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills.Strong phone presence and ability to engage prospects.Self-motivated and able to work independently. Experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required. Ability to thrive in a results-oriented environment.

After the first call, we’ll usually ask you to do a small, real-world exercise that matches the job — something like showing a demo real time on the first zoom.
