We reverse engineer B2B growth, starting with LinkedIn.
We encourage you to read more about how we operate in our handbook.
Our mission is to model B2B growth and build products that accelerate it.
Imagine AI is a research and software company modeling modern B2B growth, starting with LinkedIn. We're moving beyond being an AI content tool. Content was always just the medium. What we sell is the warm connections and trust between a company and its future buyers, because B2B growth comes down to people trusting people. We see the hidden structure underneath that growth, and we're building the infrastructure to map, measure, and engineer those relationships at scale (network graphs, homophily, and attribution).
We serve over 30 high growth B2B companies from Series A to IPO’d, including MongoDB, Rippling, and Corgi Insurance. We started in June 2025 and launched out of Y Combinator’s F25 cohort. Our co-founders are Sky and Neo.
Nextjs, Typescript, Supabase (Postgres), Neo4j, Stripe, trigger.dev, Apify, Mastra, Vercel, Git
Our stack is intentionally scrappy: scheduled trigger.dev jobs that scrape, clean, and transform in-run, serving a Next.js product. It works at our scale. You will evolve it as we grow.
You will be one of our first few hires at Imagine AI, which means you will have a huge responsibility and impact in our business.
You will own the surfaces that turn a signup into an activated, expanding account. Concretely: the integrations our customers ask for by name (Slack, MCP, X/Twitter, CRM), onboarding, and self-serve billing and seat upgrades. These are the things slowing us down from explosive growth and you will help us unblock that.
The other half of the job is the data our customers see. You will build the metrics and insights in the product, and instrument the thing that makes us hard to compete with: connecting engagement to named accounts to real CRM outcomes. You will make sure the data we collect becomes our defensible power in two years.
You will join customer calls, talk to them directly, and translate what you learn into what ships next. If you are excited about owning a feature from a customer conversation all the way to the revenue curve, come work with us!

For the interview process, we have 5 phases after your application. After each phase, we will take some time to look over the notes and discuss internally before moving forward. We are still iterating on the process, but we aim to provide a great experience to all candidates by moving fast.
We will look over any materials that you send us. Some nice to have things are quick summary of your highlights, demos of your past projects, resumes, and what you are looking for.
You will meet with Neo for a 20 minutes video chat.
Primarily, we want to get an overview of your background, positions you have worked on previously, career wise what you are looking for in the short and medium term future.
Some stuff we want to align on early are the job responsibilities, hiring process, compensation range, and any other recruiting commitments you have.
This is also a chance for you to ask us any questions that are not already covered. Just be genuine and curious!
A 45 minutes long video meeting where we do a deep dive into your past technical work, in more of a workshop style. Pick something you are proud of and know deeply. We want to hear what the problem actually was, the calls you made, what you would do differently, and where it broke. No brain teasers.
A 45 minutes long video meeting. We will hand you a small service, on the spot, that was written almost entirely by an AI agent with very little human oversight. We will work through it together.
Your job is to make sense of it: figure out what it is doing, find what is wrong or fragile, decide what is worth keeping and what should be thrown away, and start cleaning it up. You will not be writing from a blank page and there is no trick answer.
We care about how you reason about code you did not write, where you draw the line on what is worth fixing right now, and how you make something messy safe to ship. This is honestly what a lot of the job looks like today.
You will meet with Sky for a short 20 minutes chat to dive deeper into culture and motivation.
We will have a half-day onsite interview where you will come into the office to meet the team in person. We can flexibly arrange around your schedule.
A high level overview of the onsite loop:
After the onsite, we will get back to you with our final decision ASAP.
