About Hyperbound

Hyperbound (YC S23) is creating the Sales Performance OS, a new category of sales-tech giving enterprise sales orgs an unfair advantage by observing, measuring, and scaling top-performer behaviors.

In the last year Hyperbound raised a $15M Series A, had multiple months closing $1M+ in new ARR, and are actively scaling from 9 to 30+ employees. You’d be stepping in right before liftoff to help shape the office culture and ensure our growing team has everything they need to operate in an organized, vibrant work space.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our office, supporting employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors while managing relationships with landlords and other service providers.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, company swag, and facilities maintenance, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Oversee office space planning and decorating.
  • Partner with the chief of staff to:
    • Schedule events, executive meetings, and other team activities
    • Create internal processes for office management.
  • Manage perks, like our daily lunch service, to support employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Able to handle general administrative tasks as needed**.**

Who We Are Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience in an office manager role, ideally at a software startup in San Francisco.
  • Available to work in our beautiful South Park office 5 days a week.
  • Organized, proactive, and loves taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication skills and are comfortable interacting with external vendors.
  • Community builder with a knack for creating delightful experiences for employees and visitors.

We just closed $1M in NEW ARR last month and are about to grow from 15 → 30+ teammates by the end of the year. You’ll be joining right before a period of rapid scaling. You’ll have massive ownership over building the systems, processes, and operational backbone that allow us to scale without breaking.
