About the Role
This is a ground floor opportunity to join Hotglue as an early team member and directly shape our trajectory. As a Technical Consultant, you'll own the technical relationship with our customers—from onboarding and implementation to ongoing support. The work is high impact and high visibility: you're the person customers rely on to get their integrations running. You'll work closely with engineering and product to squash bugs, manage feature rollouts, and shape our roadmap based on what you see firsthand.
