🚀 Your Mission

As a Technical Sourcer at HockeyStack, you’ll be the driving force behind building the team that’s redefining how AI empowers B2B revenue organizations. Working hand-in-hand with our recruiting team and technical leaders, you’ll hunt down, engage, and inspire world-class talent across engineering and product disciplines. You’ll own the top of the recruiting funnel, craft bold and creative sourcing strategies, and help us build a magnetic network of exceptional people who will shape the future of intelligent revenue growth.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Build and manage robust pipelines of top technical talent across engineering and product roles.

• Partner with the Technical Leadership team to ensure consistent internal and external messaging.

• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies for both high-volume and hard-to-fill roles

• Leverage multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Work at a Startup, GitHub, conferences, communities, etc.) to identify exceptional candidates

• Develop outreach that authentically represents HockeyStack’s mission and technical challenges.

• Track sourcing metrics and continuously optimize processes for speed and quality

🧬 What We’re Looking For

• Strong technical fluency : you’ve either worked in a technical role yourself or can confidently assess technical talent.

• Experience recruiting for roles like software engineers, product managers, and data scientists.

• Creativity for candidate outreach campaigns and ability to write personalized messages.

• Deep interest in AI , technology, and building early-stage teams.

• Ability to frequently switch contexts while staying on track for goals and deadlines.

• Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.

• Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.

The base salary range for this role is $120,000– $180,000 USD , adjusted for location, experience, and qualifications.
