Operations Manager

THE ROLE

We’re looking for someone to join our operations team to own customer relationships. This is a hands-on, high-touch role where you’ll be the primary point of contact to our customers and manage their logistics operations end to end. You’ll partner directly with our founders and engineers to drive the products we build.

• Own a book of freight and customs brokerage clients end to end
• Build relationships with Director+ supply chain stakeholders and grow accounts across our full suite: brokerage, forwarding, and duty drawback
• Execute with logistics partners and boots on the ground worldwide
• Automate your own workflows by building them with AI tools
• Partner with our CTO to turn your prototypes into durable production software
• Report directly to the CEO
• You DO NOT need to have experience in the logistics industry, we will teach you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage day-to-day client operations: bookings, entries, documents, exceptions, billing
• Coordinate carriers, truckers, warehouses, and agents to keep freight moving
• Run point when things break: delays, exams, holds, angry phone calls
• Become the trusted contact for supply chain leaders and expand what they do with us
• Prototype automation for anything you do more than twice, then ship it as real software with the CTO
• Wear many hats. Early-stage means we all do a bit of everything

BONUS POINTS IF YOU

• Have experience in logistics
• Speak another language fluently
• Are a licensed customs broker (LCB)
