The Role: We're looking for an exceptionally creative Growth Hacker and Viral Marketer, someone who lives on the internet, understands what goes viral, and knows how to turn ideas into content that spreads. This role is perfect for a high-energy storyteller who thinks in trends, experiments, and moments. You'll help shape how Emergent shows up online: creating content, curating ideas, spotting cultural waves early, and crafting narratives that make millions stop, notice, and share. If you're a creator at heart, someone who can turn sparks into stories, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

• Create highly engaging, scroll-stopping content across social platforms (video, posts, hooks, scripts, memes, visuals)
• Identify emerging trends and transform them into brand-aligned, viral concepts
• Experiment with new formats, ideas, and mediums fast
• Build and maintain a library of ideas, references, and content inspirations
• Collaborate with Growth, Product Marketing, and Design to amplify campaigns and launches
• Work closely with the founders to craft narratives that resonate with both creators and the broader tech community
• Track performance, analyze what's working, and iterate quickly
• Curate stories from the community, including makers, users, and builders, and turn them into compelling, shareable content
• Contribute to the creative direction of brand moments, campaigns, and cultural drops

Who You Are:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in content creation, social media, growth marketing, digital storytelling, or similar creative roles
• A natural storyteller with a sharp instinct for what captures attention
• Extremely online, you understand trends, formats, and internet culture intuitively
• High-energy, proactive, and buzzing with ideas
• Strong writing, scripting, or editing skills (any one is enough if you're exceptional at it)
• Creative thinker who's not afraid to experiment, fail fast, and try again
• Ability to move quickly in a fast-growing, high-velocity startup environment
• Experience making videos, running a personal page, or having a portfolio of creative work
