Emergent builds autonomous coding agents that replace traditional software development by generating, testing, and deploying production applications directly from plain-language intent. Our systems run in production at global scale and are used to build millions of real applications.

We're solving the hard part of AI-driven software creation: correctness, reliability, security, and scale in real production systems. The team is built by repeat founders, Olympiad medalists, IIT & IIM alumni, and leaders from Google, Amazon, and Dropbox.

The Role: Millions of users build on Emergent every day, but we've barely scratched the surface. Your job as a PM is to enable the next billion creators to bring their ideas to life without any external help and run successful businesses on Emergent. You will own the roadmap for turning user behavior into sustainable growth, improving conversion, retention, and monetization to turn free users into paying customers, casual users into power users, and churn risks into champions.

What You'll Do:

• Own conversion and monetization: drive experiments across pricing, packaging, paywalls, upgrade flows, and in-product monetization levers
• Increase retention and engagement: identify drop-off points, design interventions, and ship features that keep users coming back
• Build customer insight loops: run user research, analyze behavioral data, synthesize feedback, and turn insights into high-impact product bets
• Define and obsess over metrics: track conversion funnels, LTV, churn, activation rates, and engagement cohorts. Measure everything, iterate relentlessly
• Partner across teams: work with Applied AI on agent capabilities, Software Architects on technical implementation, Growth and Analytics on experimentation, and Marketing on go-to-market, all to optimize the end-to-end user journey in Emergent's app builder
• Think like the customer: understand what makes users adopt, love, and pay for Emergent, then build the roadmap around it

Who You Are:

• 5+ years in product management, ideally at a high-growth tech company with strong focus on growth, conversion, or monetization
• Proven track record of working on B2C or B2B problems affecting millions of users, driving measurable impact on acquisition, retention, or revenue
• Strong technical fluency: you can work effectively with engineers, understand data models, write SQL queries, and interpret analytics dashboards
• Insatiable curiosity to experiment and learn the new AI stack: you're excited to understand how AI agents work and how to build products on top of them
• Customer-obsessed and data-driven: you start with user insights, validate with data, and ship with conviction
• Bias for action: you thrive in fast-paced environments, move quickly, and aren't afraid to fail forward
