What You’ll Do
Your job is to free up the executive team's time so the company can move faster. That means you'll do important but unglamorous work like:
- Managing the CEO's inbox and calendar
- Booking flights, travel, and restaurant reservations
- Preparing monthly all-hands decks
- Writing small tickets for product improvements
- And a zillion other things
Who You Are
- You genuinely like doing the above work
- You are super detail oriented
- You communicator clearly
- Preferably you have some accounting/finance experience, even better if you have used Double professionally
