We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager. You’ll work directly with our Head of Customer Success and the rest of our Customer Success team to ensure customers get fast, accurate, and empathetic support.
In this role, you’ll become a true expert on the Distro Platform. You’ll own the support queue, diagnose and resolve issues, and guide customers through best practices. You’ll also build playbooks, improve documentation, and surface insights that help shape our product.
This is a foundational hire: you’ll set the standard for how Distro scales customer success.
You’ll be joining Distro at a formative stage with real traction, real customers, and a massive industry to transform. As our second customer success hire, you’ll help define how we support customers and ensure Distro maintains world-class service as we scale.
