Hiring: Future Founder - Growth

Cotera is looking to hire a future founder - specifically on the growth side. Ideally, you’d have this job for two years and either run an entire org here, or leave with a seed check from our team to go start your own company. 

Ideally, these are your qualifications: 

• Curious and hungry: You’re early in your professional journey and you might not know exactly what you want your career to look like 20 years from today, but you’re motivated to try different things to find out. 
• Not afraid: NOT AFRAID, TO TAKE A STA-... just kidding. A lot of people in their early career are afraid of failure. This is doubly true if you’ve only ever succeeded at things. You’re going to mess things up/things won’t pan out, which is fine. Not doing things BECAUSE you’re afraid of failure is not fine.
• You’re technically proficient - you don’t need to be an engineer, but you get like a 5x weighting if you’re using AI tools to code up things - you might not know how they work internally, but they’re working externally for you.
• You want to be a founder, and you want to learn the ins and outs of GTM: building the house is the easy part now. You can do it from your phone, in a weekend. The hard part is getting people to pay attention, and that’s what you want reps at.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• We understand our market, and we’ve developed a product that makes customers happy and successful. We want your help tapping into more of that market.
• You’re going to be experimenting a lot. Outbound, inbound, growth strategies, case studies - everything is fair game. 
• You’ll be working with the CEO - this is a GTM right hand to Ibby. 
• You’ll be outcomes driven - we’ll give you business goals, you’ll be in charge of meeting them.

Basically - you know you want to be a founder. You’re hacky, you can build stuff yourself. You just want to be paid to learn how to grow a company.

Salary - 125k-175k + Significant Equity
