About the role

We're hiring a Client Account Specialist to own billing accuracy and the client experience around it — making sure every property manager on our platform gets clear, correct, on-time billing.

What You'll Do

Billing & client support

Act as the primary billing contact for property managers.
Update our Insurance Operating System (IOS) to reflect client requests and changes.

Accuracy & revenue

Keep billing structures in the IOS accurate.
Spot revenue-flow improvements and work with engineering to ship them.
Build dashboards that show leadership how billing is performing.

Process & enablement

Create training videos and tools to improve the client billing experience.
Write playbooks for billing support, validation, and troubleshooting.
Standardize processes to prevent workflow breakdowns.

What We're Looking For

Sharp attention to detail and a strong instinct for data integrity.
Can explain technical and billing issues clearly to non-technical people.
Proactive, organized, and takes ownership.
Comfortable in-person, 5 days/week, in a fast-paced startup.
