About the role

About Conduit

Conduit is revolutionizing warehouse operations with our modern yard and dock management system. By streamlining appointment scheduling, truck driver check-ins, compliance workflows, and the dozens of other manual tasks required to ship and receive product, we empower logistics teams to operate with unparalleled efficiency and visibility. In a sea of point solutions, we are differentiating ourselves by building a modular all-in-one platform that brings unmatched value to our customers.

Our mission is to be the “Air Traffic Control” for warehouses—ensuring smooth, predictable, and efficient operations for the world’s most sophisticated supply chains.

The Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive , you will own Conduit’s most strategic revenue opportunities. This is a full-cycle, high-impact role where success depends on hustle, resourcefulness, and an existing network within logistics and supply chain. You’ll hit the ground running by opening doors quickly, activating your relationships, and driving early pipeline.

You will quarterback complex sales cycles, navigate multi-stakeholder buying groups, partner deeply with prospects to understand their operational challenges, and position Conduit as the modern platform for dock and yard efficiency.

You’ll collaborate closely with our CEO, head of sales, solutions team, and product organization to shape deals, influence roadmap decisions, and ensure new enterprise clients are set up for long-term success.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, prospect, and develop enterprise opportunities through a combination of targeted outreach, activation of your existing industry network , events, and partner channels.

  • Become an expert in prospects’ operational workflows, systems, KPIs, and decision-making structures.

  • Lead high-quality discovery, ROI modeling, and solution mapping for enterprise-scale use cases.

  • Run tailored product demonstrations that clearly articulate Conduit’s platform value and differentiation across multiple levels—from operations leadership to IT, supply chain executives, and procurement.

  • Navigate and manage long, complex sales cycles involving security reviews, integrations, pilots, and multi-department stakeholders.

  • Negotiate enterprise agreements that drive mutual value and set the stage for long-term partnerships.

  • Maintain precise sales activity, forecasting, and documentation within our CRM.

  • Work directly with the CEO and cross-functional teams to relay enterprise client needs, influence product roadmap directions, and ensure seamless onboarding.

  • Track industry trends, competitor movements, and market dynamics to elevate Conduit’s enterprise positioning.

What We’re Looking For

  • A hustler mentality — someone who operates with urgency, grit, and ownership, and who consistently finds a way to get deals done.

  • A strong, existing network in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, transportation, or manufacturing , with the ability to quickly turn relationships into pipeline.

  • 7+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain tech.

  • Proven track record of exceeding enterprise quota and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

  • Industry-native : You come from logistics, transportation, warehousing, 3PL, manufacturing, or a related vertical and understand the operational pain points intimately.

  • Ideally software-focused : Prior experience selling SaaS or workflow software into industrial environments.

  • Ability to build trusted relationships at every level—from frontline managers to VP and C-suite leaders.

  • Strong command of enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDICC, value-based selling, multithreading).

  • Highly self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Why Join Conduit

  • Join a world-class, fast-moving team that cares deeply about customer outcomes.

  • Competitive compensation package including equity.

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.

  • Remote-first culture with hybrid offices in Seattle and San Francisco.

  • Flexible vacation policy with a 2-week minimum.

  • Backed by Innovation Endeavors, Y Combinator, and other top-tier investors.

  • Zero customer churn and strong expansion across accounts.

  • A deeply engaged customer base that frequently contributes ideas and feedback to fuel our product direction.
