Conduit is an AI agent platform purpose-built for hospitality. Hotels, vacation rentals, and resorts deploy our agents across guest-facing communication and internal operations, running millions of workflows a day.

Hospitality is 10% of global GDP and it turns on customer experience. Resolving a guest request immediately is most of that experience, and resolving one means moving across several tools and between several people. That coordination is the work, and it is what our agents do.

Role: Marketing Lead

You own the end-to-end marketing lifecycle, product marketing and demand generation both. This is a marketing lead role where you are also deep in the work, doing it yourself.

Why this role is different

One person plus AI leverage is the expectation. You will not have a team on day one. The bet is that one strong operator with AI covers what used to take a team, and you build the team from those results.

What the work looks like

• Positioning, and the marketing site. Building out pages, including solutions pages.
• Video and use cases.
• Webinars.
• Competitor analysis, for hotels and generally.
• Blog, and the design assets that go with it.
• Media franchises. Experiments with newsletters, podcasts, and influencer marketing.
• Field marketing. Citywide campaigns, in-person events, gifting, dinners, and conferences.
• The founders’ LinkedIn, and the strategy behind it.
• Paid ads, including creative.
• Signup funnel flows.
• Turning a small lead flow into a machine, with tight targeting.

Who you are

• B2B SaaS or an AI company preferred. No hospitality background required.
• Preferred if you have led a high-performing marketing team before, at a fast-growing company running a lot of marketing experiments.
• Comfortable across push and pull. Outbound, events, and field on one side; SEO, LinkedIn, and case studies on the other.

Compensation and Benefits

• $150-240K base
• 0.20%-0.75% equity

• Founder call (30 min). We start with the pitch-back: the elevator pitch for the last product you marketed.
• Portfolio deep-dive (60 min). Pick one campaign you are proud of and walk us through it end to end, including who owned each piece.
• Working session (60 min, live, no take-home). We put a real Conduit page in front of you and ask what is missing and what you would change first. Then you pick a segment, hotel groups or short-term rentals, and sketch the first 90 days of pipeline across push and pull.
