New Product Development Manager

About the Role

Clinikally is looking for a sharp, driven Manager – NPD to lead the end-to-end journey of new product development from concept ideation to market launch. In this role, you will be building the future of personalized dermatology and haircare by blending cutting-edge AI with expert care. You will collaborate closely with R&D, marketing, and manufacturing teams to deliver high-quality cosmetic products that help us scale our clinical-grade product portfolio and serve millions of users across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Conceptualization: Develop and refine innovative skincare concepts based on market trends and brand strategy. You will lead the creation of next-generation skincare products such as Niacinamide Face wash and Hyaluronic Acid Serum.
• Project Management: Own and drive the NPD lifecycle, ensuring timelines and deliverables are achieved for our in-demand products.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with packaging, procurement, and regulatory teams to take products from concept to shelf. You will ensure a seamless launch for new formulations in various skin and haircare product categories.
• Ingredient & Formulation Development: Identify key actives and evaluate prototypes for performance and stability. You will coordinate with manufacturers to develop high-performance solutions.
• Consumer Testing & Validation: Oversee sensory testing and feedback loops to validate product-market fit for our broad spectrum sunscreen and advanced vitamin E moisturizer.
• Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with BIS and FDA regulations, including claims and labeling for our Rx-grade and medical-grade offerings.
• Budget & Resource Management: Monitor NPD budgets and manage resources efficiently to keep our science-backed product roadmap competitive and scalable.
