Role Overview

Clinikally is looking for a QA Engineer to lead our testing and quality assurance efforts. You will be the final gatekeeper of our digital experience, ensuring every feature and interaction meets our high standards of reliability. In this role, you’ll safeguard the platform for millions of users who rely on us for their specialized healthcare and skincare needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• End-to-End Testing: Execute meticulous manual and automated testing across our mobile apps and web platforms to ensure a flawless user journey.
• Core Flow Automation: Design and maintain automated test scripts for critical functionalities, including our online dermatologist consultations and personalized checkout systems.
• Performance Monitoring: Conduct stress and load testing to ensure the platform remains responsive during high-traffic periods, especially for our popular categories like face washes and serums.
• Bug Tracking & Resolution: Identify and track defects across the site to ensure users have uninterrupted access to our hair supplements and Niacinamide Serums.
• Feature Validation: Partner with the product team to validate new features, such as our AI-powered diagnostics and advanced search filters for clinical products.
• Release Management: Perform thorough regression testing to ensure total stability as we expand our catalog of dermatologist-recommended clinical solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3–4 years of dedicated QA experience with a strong focus on mobile and web application testing.
• Automation Tools: Proven expertise in Appium, Selenium, or Playwright.
• Technical Skills: Solid understanding of API testing and performance principles to support a high-scale Telehealth and Rx-grade marketplace.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to move fast in an agile startup environment.
