About the Role

At Clinikally, we are building a science-backed skincare platform with dermatologists at the core. We solve real problems for over 3 million users. We are looking for a Product Design Intern who is fast, curious, and ready to design for actual consumer behavior in the eCommerce space. You will work on everything from our mobile app to desktop web flows, making sure users have a smooth experience when looking for specialized treatments.

What You Will Do

• Live Product Flows: Design and improve the actual screens users see when they browse for Cleansers, Sunscreens, and Serums.
• User Journeys: Build the path a user takes from our homepage to the final checkout, including wireframes and high-fidelity designs for desktop and mobile.
• Clickable Prototypes: Create quick prototypes in Figma to test how a new feature for AI skin assessments might work before we build it.
• Team Collaboration: Work daily with our product, tech, and marketing teams in the Gurgaon office to turn ideas into reality.
• Data-Driven Iteration: Change and improve your designs based on real user data and feedback to help increase conversion rates.
• Design System: Help us keep our Figma library clean and consistent so the whole team stays organized.

What We Are Looking For

• Prior Experience: You have done at least one internship or project where your designs were actually built and used.
• Portfolio: A portfolio that explains your logic and how you solve problems, not just a collection of pretty pictures.
• Figma Mastery: You know your way around auto-layout, components, and prototyping. We value clean and organized files.
• eCommerce Logic: You understand how a shopping cart works and what makes a user click Buy Now on a clinical product.
• Feedback Loop: You are comfortable showing your work early and making changes based on constructive criticism.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with consumer apps or marketplaces.
• Basic understanding of funnels, metrics, and how design affects sales.
• Experience talking to developers to understand what is technically possible.
