We're looking for a Customer Success Engineer who is obsessed with making our customers’ software secure. You will be the technical bridge between our customers and our security and engineering teams. This isn't a traditional customer success role where you just close tickets. You are a security success engineer, a trusted advisor for all things application security. You'll manage the onboarding lifecycle, answer deep technical questions, and ensure our customers are getting maximum value from Casco.
What You'll Actually Do
- Own the Onboarding Journey: You will guide new customers from "signed contract" to "fully operational," ensuring their first and every future pentest experience is seamless
- Manage Concurrent Engagements: You're always staying on top of multiple customer requests, deployments, and feedback loops simultaneously. You ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Be the Security Expert: Customers will ask complex security questions. You need to answer them with confidence, explaining how our agents interact with their infrastructure and helping them interpret findings
- Triage and Troubleshoot: You are the first line of defense for technical FAQs. You'll solve problems directly when you can and know exactly when to escalate to the core engineering team
- Advocate for the Customer: You'll gather feedback from the field and work directly with our product and engineering teams to shape the future of the platform
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
- Security Mindset: You don't just know what "XSS" or "RCE" stands for. You understand the implications. You have a strong foundation in security principles and can speak the language of offensive security engineers
- Project Management: You thrive in chaos and can organize it. You have a proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders and complex timelines without losing your cool
- Technical Proficiency: You are comfortable reading documentation, understanding API integrations, and troubleshooting software issues. You might not write the code, but you can definitely read the logs
- Excellent Communication: You can explain complex security concepts to a CTO, a CISO, and a non-technical stakeholder in the same meeting
- Startup Grittiness: You're ready to use AI to build automation where none exists and adapt quickly as demand scales
Nice-to-Have
- Security Certifications: Bonus points for CompTIA Security+, CEH, GSEC, or similar
- Experience with AI/LLMs: You've automated away tactical work with AI, so you can focus on more strategic work
- Previous CS/Sales Engineering Experience: You've done this before in a B2B SaaS environment
