Staff Software Engineer / Tech Lead
About the role
Backed by top-tier investors and growing rapidly, we’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer / Tech Lead to help architect and scale our core platform. You’ll own critical technical decisions, build systems used by real businesses every day, and help shape how AI transforms the massive $600B+ home services market.
What You’ll Do
- Build and scale our AI agent platform and internal tools
- Own backend services, APIs, and integrations with CRMs like ServiceTitan
- Ship new features end-to-end—idea → prototype → production
- Optimize our real-time voice infrastructure and improve agent intelligence
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in backend or full-stack engineering
- Comfortable with high-velocity shipping and early-stage ambiguity
- Bonus: Experience with LLMs, telephony, or real-time systems
- Excited to work in-office five days a week to collaborate closely with the founders and the team
