Account Executive

Construction doesn't buy "AI". It has been promised software before and is rightly sceptical, which is why credibility in the room matters here as much as pipeline discipline. The Account Executive owns Brickanta's commercial relationship with the largest contractors, developers and property owners in the Nordics, full cycle, from first conversation to signed contract and expansion.

This is an early commercial seat. You inherit real customers, real references and a product that measurably works and you build the motion that repeats it.

What you'll do

• Build and run your own pipeline: outbound to named accounts, industry events, inbound follow-up and the network you bring with you
• Navigate multi-stakeholder deals across calculation, procurement, project management, IT and the executive team, qualify hard, map the buying process, drive it to a decision
• Run pilots designed to convert: agree the success criteria up front, work with our forward deployed engineers through delivery, then close the full rollout
• Bring objections, competitive signals and unmet needs back into product with enough specificity to act on

This is the seat the rest of the commercial team gets built around. It can grow toward owning a segment, building and leading the sales team, or a broader go-to-market role as we expand beyond the Nordics.

You might be a fit if

• You know how construction and real estate actually buy, either as a seller into the industry, or from inside it (calculation, procurement, project management, development). Industry credibility is not optional in this role
• You have a track record closing B2B deals with several stakeholders and a real procurement process
• You're comfortable being the first commercial person in the room and building the process as you go
• You're a hunter with patience - you can work a long enterprise cycle without letting the top of the funnel go quiet
• You're honest in the room. You'd rather disqualify early than sell a customer something that won't land
• You write clearly and keep your pipeline documented.
• You speak Swedish and English

The practical details

On-site as default at Linnégatan 89B, Stockholm, with travel to customers. Segment is large contractors, developers and property owners across the Nordics. Competitive base plus commission, and equity - you're early enough for it to matter. Start as soon as you can.
