We are looking for a Chief of Staff to build the operating system that lets us scale. You'll make sure the right work happens at the right time—connecting strategy to execution, keeping teams aligned, and handling the critical operations work that doesn't fit neatly anywhere else.
You'll partner directly with founders on strategy while also owning the day-to-day: GTM and sales execution, finance ops and legal. You're the operational backbone that lets everyone else move faster.
What you'll work on
GTM: Sales & Marketing
- Build out our sales stack: CRM, pipeline reporting, deal tracking
- Plan conferences and events: logistics, lead capture, follow-up workflows
- Foster community by creating partnership programs, advisory boards, and champion networks
- Analyze KPIs and improve conversion
Operations
- Own finance: expense management, vendor relationships, budget tracking
- Coordinate legal: contracts, compliance, insurance, hiring & payroll
- Build and maintain systems that keep the company running
Strategy & execution
- Turn founder vision into clear priorities and plans teams can execute
- Track key initiatives and keep cross-functional projects moving
- Prepare investor updates
Cross-functional glue
- Run meetings: set agendas, drive follow-ups, close loops
- Bridge engineering, sales, and operations
- Own projects that don't have a clear owner
What you'll need to bring
- Operational GTM excellence: 2+ years in high-growth startups in an operations or GTM role or consulting. You've built processes from scratch.
- Extreme ownership: You see what needs to happen and make it happen. No task is too small or too complex.
- Business fluency: Comfortable with finance, sales metrics, legal basics, and GTM strategy. You speak each function's language.
- Project management: You juggle multiple workstreams, prioritize ruthlessly, and deliver on time.
- Clear communication: You write clearly and present confidently to any audience.
- Structured thinking: You bring order to chaos. You turn ambiguous problems into clear plans.
- Low ego, high adaptability: Your week looks different every week. You're comfortable with that.
Bonus Points
- 2+ years of operations or GTM experience taking a high-growth startup from seed to Series A and beyond
- 2+ years in consulting (MBB or similar)
- Experience in B2B SaaS selling to enterprise customers
If this excites you, we'd love to hear from you.
